Plot


Chloe Ramirez has always been a romantic, but after the Coronavirus comes out, the social distancing and wearing masks takes a toll on her as she wonders if she will be able to date without the norm of Covid-19. But when she meets Stanley Harker, will she gain renewed hope in romance?

 



Chapter 1


Christmas was looming nearer as Chloe Ramirez loses all hope in romance ever since Covid-19 rued it's ugly head during early 2020. Chloe had always been a romantic at heart, but since Covid-19, her views were wearing thin. Maybe it was the constant mask wearing... maybe it was the social distancing... but Chloe didn't see an end in sight. It had been almost a year and now they were near the time of bringing out vaccines.


Chloe picked up her phone and saw her missed messages. One was from her mother, who was worried about her, “Hey, honey, are you ok?” But Chloe text her mother back, “Yes, I'm doing well. Still Covid-19-free. :-)”


Another was from her BFF, Angela Westmore, “Hey, girl, how are you? Wish we could get together. Hate this lockdown! :-(“


Finished with checking her messages, Chloe went on her dating app, Tinder, and saw a message from a young man named Stan, “Hey, gorgeous, ran across your profile. How are you?' Chloe reviewed his profile and liking what she saw, messaged back, “Hello, how are you? I'm good?” Then, she waited for a reply.
