Premise

Veronica “Ronnie” James believes she's met the love of her life when she meets the Jamison “Jamie” Woods. He's everything a woman would want—tall, dark, and handsome, and much more. It's when Jamie gets Ronnie involved in some shady dealings that she begins to question Jamie's commitment. Is Jamie on the up and up, or is he pulling a fast one on Ronnie?


This setup begs for something layered and a little dangerous, so I’m going to lean into romance with tension, ambiguity, and just enough psychological edge to keep it interesting without completely breaking reality.
